Discover the fascinating history of 18th century buildings in the Town of St. George and, at each site, indulge in a signature craft cocktail made with Gosling’s spirits and fresh, locally-sourced ingredients by a skilled mixologist.

To customise the tour, we can add mocktails and bites along the way.  During Christmas time we made ornaments during the tour and stopped in shops. One large group ended with a luncheon in an 18th century garden.
